This time next month JB & I will be in Thailand!  

Bangkok to be exact with some day trips thrown in.

This is another one of those work perk trips that JB gets {like mexico & sicily from last year}.

We’re leaving Tuck half and half with both grandparents.  And though we had thought about extending into Phuket or Khao Lak – we figured after 12 days away I wouldn’t be able to handle the separation.

JB is definitely the more adventurous one of the two of us, I’d pick Italy every time.  But I gotta say I’m excited to see Bangkok – the take a boat along the floating markets, to eat fruit i’ve never seen much less eaten before, to walk in palaces dripping of gold, and maybe even ride an elephant.  I can’t wait to peruse the endless markets for treasures.  The Thai culture is so rich with beauty and color – I can’t wait to experience it.  And to have 12 days of quality time with JB (:  

and not that the climate is much different than Florida, but of course I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect outfits to wear while over there.  we have a couple of dressy nights too – so looking forward to them!
