SWIM FOR WOMEN
My rule about swim suits is that you have to be comfortable. I’m not just sunbathing, I’m running around, helping with sandcastles, picking up seashells, and swimming in the ocean or pool. I am a gal that is always down to get my hair wet.
A good suit is hard to come by. There are so many adorable ones, but the fit is completely off for me. There are a couple of places I know I will find something that’s cute but fits great… a rare combo these days! Those places I can count on year after year are – Lisa Marie Fernandez, Minnow, and Boden.

LISA MARIE FERNANDEZ
I love this suit! It gives you just enough structure, the bottoms are high waisted, and it’s not overly revealing. For someone who wore pretty much only one pieces for the last twenty years, this is a good venture into a two piece for me. I wore it all summer last year, and brought it on all of our travels. It’s pricey, but worth it in my opinion – especially from a cost per wear perspective!
MINNOW SWIM
My favorite brand for my boys, and one of my favorites for myself. I think the fit is a 10/10 for women, especially after having kids and needing to chase them around. It doesn’t feel matronly at all either. It’s just a great fit, with the prettiest designs.
