The past couple days in Boca Grande have been heaven on earth. Â After the wedding it was so nice to spend some time with family. Â Though we did run home for a night so Tuck could go to Suzuki and Wes could do his swim lesson. Â I loved spending time with my cousins kids – they are the sweetest kids.

I wore this dress for the rehearsal dinner. Â I’d say it’s for sure a little young for me, but I went with it. Â It’s probably my favorite rent the runway (unlimited) to date. Â It’s Marissa Webb.

Went to story time at the library. Â It is a gorgeous library, with a beautiful courtyard, and the cutest kids nook. Â
the kids love the inn’s playground.

a playground with a view…

I love this combo, and even considering it for when we repaint our house. Â shutter this shade??! Â what do y’all think?
the inn bakery is sooooo yummy. Â I love their three cheese quiche.

popped into J.McLaughlin on boca grande. Â I love all of the different interiors at J.McLaughlin stores. Â For a small town, BG has great shopping.
this cracked me up. Â he loved becoming a sand merman.

lazy mornings watching mickey mouse club house.

went to the beach once. Â now is brown as a berry. Â He wears the same amount of sunscreen as his brother. Â One is milky white, and the other is BROWN.

we stayed at the beach one day until the sun was going down. Â Tuck never got out. Â I love these beach days.

as you can tell, I love Boca Grande. Â It’s an hour and a half from home, and yet it feels like a plane ride away. Â I can’t recommend it enough for a family trip, or a romantic getaway.
