Earlier this month, Sarah Hunt and I visited Palm Beach, Florida.  We started laughing as soon as she picked me up, and that didn’t end all weekend.  Girls trips are just good for the soul!  Especially ones with Sarah Hunt – my little ray of sunshine and sweetness.

First things first, we checked into the gorgeous, iconic, and quite possibly most instagrammable hotel in the world, – The Colony Hotel!

Look at it in all its Pink Perfection glory!!

They have this adorable golf cart available to take you for a spin close by, and a suburban to take you around Palm Beach, too!

Loved grabbing coffee downstairs every morning (it’s free until 10am), and taking it in by the beautiful pool!

It’s also a great place for some wine in the evening.  This is right before we met Carolina Herrera on the elevator!!

Biking around Palm Beach is one of my favorite things to do there.  The houses are just the most unreal, the flowers are always blooming, and the ocean is on one side, with the intracoastal on the other!  When JB and I were dating I lived in West Palm Beach, and one of our favorite things to do when he would visit would be to rent bikes around Palm Beach.  These are available to you to bike around town when staying at The Colony.

The fabrics are stunning!  Every where you turn.  I also loved learning that The Colony is owned by a woman and a mother.

Just check out that adorable hallway!

Loved our room so much!

The bimini bar at The Colony is so fun.  Definitely try the Frose (:

The Colony will also take you beach chairs and set you up on the beach.  They also have the cutest beach towels and beach tote for you to use during your stay.

There are so many fun amenities!  Including a classic vinyl dance party that happens every Friday evening – Sarah Hunt and I danced our heart out one night (:

There’s also yoga on select mornings – and a gym!  I’m sure you’re wondering whether The Colony Hotel is family friendly too, and I would say : absolutely, yes!  We saw lots of kids there, and there’s even a sunday funday geared toward families.

So now you know where to stay on Palm Beach.   With your spouse as a romantic getaway, your girlfriend, or your family!

Here’s what we suggest doing!

Shop:

{target dress is currently out of stock // sunglass chain is veronica deore and you can get 20% off with code STUCKER20 // raffia earrings are St. Armands Designs }

{two piece lilly set I tried on}

You can’t go to Palm Beach and not step foot in their Lilly store on worth ave.  It’s a must!  They even have a juice bar!

Worth Ave in general is just so fun to stroll.  Shop or window shop!  But every nook and corner is so stunning.  And only a few minute walk from The Colony.

{wearing bognar & piccolini // earrings  vivian drew // shoes are chinese laundry }

The Royal Ponciana Plaza!  This has got to be the prettiest shopping plaza on planet earth.  With its open courtyard, bougainvilleas flowing everywhere, the most fun shops and restaurants.  You could easily make a day or two out of it.  As Sarah Hunt and I did!  They have events going on all of the time – for adults and kids!   We had lunch at St. Amrboeus, had our hair blown out at Paul Lebrecque Salon and shopped at so many fun spots!

the skinny dip palm beach

{wearing roller rabbit but it is sold out// and those chinese laundry shoes! }

we hosted an event at Skinny Dip Palm Beach with our sweet friends Colleen & Blair!  It was one of the best highlights of the trip – getting to finally hug our sweet friends!!

Megan was so sweet to come with her adorable little girls!  If you’re not following these girls, you need to be (:

We also loved shopping at Rapunzel’s closet and Lil’ rapunzals.  Picked up some treats for the boys back home!

Eat:

We so loved eating at St. Ambroeus with the girls of Palm Beach Lately.  I have been following them forever, and the sisters are even sweeter in person!

Everything we tasted was delicious.  I would eat there again in a heartbeat, and so many people we asked told us this was a must!

Other places we loved:

Buccan!  OMG that corn pasta dish.  we had that for an appetizer, and then had another one for dessert.  Everything was so amazing.

The Seafood Bar at The Breakers – we ate at the bar which is an aquarium.  The Breakers is so beautiful – definitely fun to check out the property.

Greens Pharmacy – I can’t go to Palm Beach without grabbing breakfast here.  Their cinnamon toast is my fave.  Just like my dad used to make it for me as a kid.

Echo – We loved having dinner here one night.  The sushi was amazing.

Rh Rooftop restaurant –  We grabbed brunch here on Monday before we headed home with my girlfriend kate, and couldn’t believe how gorgeous it is.  Definitely worth checking out!  Food and juices were so good.

Dancing:

You can dance (and be super goofy) at the vinyl party at The Colony, and I would also suggest doing some dancing at Cucina’s .

Came back refreshed!  Can’t wait to adventure with Sarah Hunt again!  Where should we go next?!
