i posted a photo on instagram a couple of weeks ago about the house we put an offer on.  the offer has been accepted by the buyers… now we wait on the banks. 

still no news yet.  as it’s a short sale.  and so far, so much fun has been happening that I haven’t been too caught up or too impatient.  

here’s just a few peeks at our hopeful abode.  

there’s even a huge swing set in the back.

and the foliage!  my word.  magnolia trees, elephant ears, jasmine, camelias, gardenias, oh my! 

 a wrap around front porch, a back porch… and so many touches that just have me shouting hallelujah!  and the street.  it’s like i went back in time.  

when we first started looking i complained a bit… nothing was ever old enough for me.  

i love the pretty new houses, but why do they have to look so new. ha. 

i just want character.  always and forever, amen. 

 anyway, wanted to share a couple peeks with y’all.
