Around the holidays I stock up on some hostess gifts.  I love hostess gifts because they are never expected but always appreciated.  A little something goes a long way.    Here are a few of my favorites, made prettier by Dixie Design’s gorgeous tags (c/0).

With holiday parties fast approaching, I like to have a couple hostess gifts ready to go.  The Dixie Design holiday gift tags (c/o) add the sweetest touch.  This little nutcracker opener would be so cute brought with a six pack of their favorite beer.  The tag is the ginger jar ornament one.

 I love these rosemary trees for people that are cooks or just love rosemary. You can find these at the grocery store.  Put them in a pot/champagne bucket, with a gift tag (like this topiary one I adore) and you’ve got a great hostess gift.

Hot Cocoa is always a treat.  The Williams Sonoma kind is one of my favorites.  So is the trader joe’s peppermint hot cocoa!  At Williams Sonoma they have little monogrammed marshmallows that would make a cut addition.  But I couldn’t find them online!  I used this Boston Terrier crest tag – which matches our Holiday Party invitations this year.
Peppermint Bark is my dads favorite!  And they are 20% off right now.

Trader Joe’s has lots of little hostess gifts.  This truffle honey mustard is SO good.  perfect for a cook!
