Last Friday morning Molly and I were picked up in the cuuuutest restored Volkswagen and taken to The Sarasota Modern.  It was so fun to get a sneak peek of the gorgeous grounds, located in the Rosemary District of Sarasota.  I now think of The Sarasota Modern as “The most instagrammable spot in Sarasota”.  Is Instagrammable a word?  Probably not.  But you know what I mean.  The designers just got it SO right.  It felt a little like you are walking straight into a Slim Aaron’s photograph.  Also part mad men, with some good updates.  I think it’s just what Sarasota needed!  It’s great for couples, families, or groups like a bachelorette.  The suites are fantastic – you can even book one with outdoor clawfoot tubs on the balcony and a beautiful kitchen.  They’d be great for families.  Then there are the bunk beds! I’m 1000% sure my kids would go crazy over those.  Every detail of the hotel is well thought out and beautiful.  It’s a space that inspires.  If you are out of town looking for a spot to stay in Sarasota – this is it!  And if you are local – they’ll have memberships available for use of the pool, fitness classes, and gym.  They are also going to have day passes available!  Would be fun with girlfriends to just go down for the day and enjoy the amenities.  Right by the pool is “The Juice Bar” which will have actual juices, and also juice inspired cocktails.  Depending on your mood (:  Eli made us the most delicious tequila cocktail with the perfect rose tint to it.  Everything is instagrammable here.  They have different spaces if you are looking for event space – for a bridal shower, conference, etc.  They also have a stunning restaurant – Rudolph’s.  Im excited to try the food from their renowned chef, Jennifer Salhoff!  It all opens up on December 11th!  We can’t wait to head back and experience it all some more.  Right now, you can win a two night stay by entering HERE!  Otherwise look into booking here or follow along on instagram.
