Muffin tin meals or snacks are something they always get excited over. I don’t do it too often, mostly just when JB is out of town. OR when my kids are being super picky and I’m worried they aren’t getting enough variety in their diet. I usually do one or two little tins for dipping – primal ranch or peanut/almond butter. Then the rest is whatever I have on hand, with a good mix of veggies, protein, and fruits. The little bento picks are good for developing find motor skills too (:
