One of my favorite types of articles to write are deep dives into brands I love. In the past, I’ve shared about Dudley Stephens, Julia Amory, Margaux shoes, Tuckernuck, and even my favorite dress that I can’t resist buying in new seasonal colors. Today, I’m diving into one of my favorite activewear and loungewear brands—Rhone.
I first discovered Rhone about a year and a half ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’ve tested out a variety of their styles and often get questions about sizing, quality, and fit. So in addition to highlighting my favorites, today I’m sharing my full Rhone review.

About Rhone
Founded in 2014 by brothers Nate and Ben Checketts, Rhone’s mission is to “empower those in relentless pursuit of progress.” The brand designs versatile silhouettes and everyday styles made with performance fabrics that keep you comfortable and flexible—no matter what the day brings.
Originally launched as a menswear line, Rhone introduced a small women’s capsule in 2020 and officially expanded with a full women’s collection in 2024. Over the years, they’ve also formed impressive partnerships, including collaborations with the NBA and LPGA.
My Experience with Rhone
As I mentioned earlier, I received my first Rhone package about a year and a half ago. It arrived completely out of the blue—which doesn’t happen very often anymore. Inside were the Course to Court Dress and DreamGlow Hoodie, sent to introduce me to their new women’s line. I hadn’t heard of Rhone before that, but I was instantly hooked!
While I love getting dressed up—and part of me truly wishes I were the girl who does that every day—the reality is that most days, I’m the girl in athleisurewear. Rhone quickly became one of my most-worn casual brands. I typically go for one or two walks a day, and I’m often wearing either their workout sets or DreamGlow favorites (and sometimes both in the same day!).
Rhone Women’s Clothing Review
It didn’t take long before I was itching to try more styles from Rhone. Over the past year, I’ve tested everything from their active dresses and leggings to lounge sets and layering tees. Below, I’m sharing my full Rhone review—including details on sizing, fit, and fabrics—in hopes it’s helpful for anyone thinking about adding new pieces to their wardrobe!

Course to Court Dress + DreamGlow Hoodie
Let’s kick things off with the first Rhone styles I ever tried—the Court to Course Dress and DreamGlow Hoodie. When I opened the package, my first thought was how much I loved the materials. The active dress holds you in while still allowing you to move freely, and the DreamGlow Hoodie is truly the coziest.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find that both pieces fit perfectly—I’d recommend ordering your true size in these styles.
DreamGlow Jogger Set
The next style I tried was the DreamGlow Jogger Set. Over a year later, I still wear it all the time—and now that I think about it, this set has come with me on every trip since I got it! I love the tapered legs and high waist of the pants, and I usually pair them with a simple tee layered underneath the coordinating half-zip top.
Even here in Florida—where it can feel hot even on those cool mornings—I’ve found the fabric to be incredibly breathable, especially in the lighter shades. These pieces also fit true to size.

DreamGlow Mock Neck + Trouser
Next up in my Rhone review is one of my absolute favorite casual looks—the DreamGlow Mock Neck and Trouser Pants. When I first tried this set on, I was floored. To me, it’s the best-looking athleisure set out there. It quickly became my go-to, especially when I’m traveling. Somehow it manages to look effortlessly chic… yet you’re still in athleisure.
I love it so much that I now have it in both brown and navy. Once again, I find these pieces fit true to size.
Rhone Active Set
I couldn’t skip activewear in this Rhone review—these styles are some of my most-worn workout pieces. Specifically, I’m constantly reaching for my Revive 7/8 Leggings paired with the Serene Cropped Tee and a matching Cami Sports Bra underneath. It’s my go-to Pilates uniform.
If there’s a chill in the air, or I’m heading out for a walk and want my arms covered, I throw on Rhone’s Mirage Anorak. It’s the perfect lightweight layer. I even brought it with me to Africa in the color “Green Smoke” and wore it on game drives.
All of these styles fit true to size, though I find the Revive Leggings to run a little snug. I’d recommend sizing up in that style.

Utility Trench Coat
I don’t know how Rhone manages to make athletic material look so stylish, but they must have some kind of magic—because their Utility Trench Coat does exactly that. It cinches at the waist for a flattering fit and has such a timeless, classic silhouette. Plus, it’s weatherproof, so if you run into light showers, you’ll be covered.
I brought this Rhone coat with me to London, Sweden, and Spain this year, and I was so impressed by how useful it was. It fits true to size.
Rhone Women's Tees
The most recent Rhone styles I’ve tried are two tees that (of course) I love! They’re great for layering and pair perfectly with all of the styles mentioned above.
The Featherweight Tee has been on repeat lately for soccer games and walks. It’s incredibly lightweight yet still gives my arms some coverage, which I really appreciate. The other style is Rhone’s Ultimate Layer Tee, which I now own in two colors. It’s such a great everyday tee made from the softest fabric.
Size-wise, the Featherweight Tee fits true to size, but the Ultimate Layer Tee runs a little snug. I generally prefer to size up one or two sizes in more fitted tops like that, so I’d recommend sizing up in the Ultimate Layer Tee—though it ultimately depends on your fit preference.

DreamGlow Pullover + Tapered Pant
Another set I reach for often—especially in the fall—is this pretty red matching set. The pant has a tapered yet relaxed fit, and I pair it with the matching DreamGlow Pullover and a Featherweight Tee layered underneath. Lately, I’ve been wearing this look with my clogs, especially around the house.
These pants run just slightly big, so I’d recommend taking your true size or even sizing down.
Rhone Men’s Clothing Review
I’m not going to go too in-depth with my Rhone men’s clothing review, but I did want to briefly touch on a few of their men’s styles.
Recently, I’ve given JB a few DreamState sets for workouts, running errands, and soccer games. The fabric is similar to DreamGlow, and he loves them! Just like the women’s line, Rhone’s men’s pieces are soft, comfortable, and incredibly wearable for everyday life.
