Aren’t these beautiful photos by Neal Jolly?!  He took them at Desoto National Memorial park, which is a place I love to walk with my mom and the boys.  It’s also where Jessica Lorren took our first maternity pictures.  There’s a huge cross just beyond from where these photos are, and it is such a peaceful spot where the water is usually very still.  To contrast that stillness were my boys running around like little wild men, and at some point both shoes were fully submerged in the water as they were “fishing for tadpoles”… while neal snapped some photos of just jb and I!  We’re so grateful to Neal for capturing our family at such a special spot.
