Get ready for the onslaught of pictures from Shannon’s bridal shower. Cami, Heather, and I promised her we would make this a party she’d be into, and I think we succeeded. We wanted it to be a cozy night filled with all of her ladies who adore her. We love you Shannon, so much!!

The Reserve Vintage Rentals were insane- so so good! Molly wrote an email with pictures of what we were trying to achieve to the owner Priscilla, thinking there was very little chance anyone would carry these low tables. But she had them! TRVR basically transported my backyard into a night in Marrakech (: The best part was easily when we were all sitting around the table, actually using it! I didn’t think everyone would. But it was so fun to see it in use by all of Shannon’s girls! I can’t wait to book TRVR for our next event – their inventory is incredible!!
THEN THE FLOWERS. I have to write that in all caps because I was transported to my personal heaven with all that arrived on my door step. Fifty Flowers literally made dreams a reality. I will be sharing a bit more about the floral process with Fifty Flowers, like I did with my sisters wedding. But the florals all opened up so beautifully… thanks to my kids playroom. Ha! I shut this area off from the rest of the house, cranked it to 60 (it has its own a/c unit) and made it into our flower shop. I was so nervous, but the tips I learned from Caroline Ruth really came in handy. The flowers really couldn’t have opened up more beautifully. I used this garland oasis in this arrangement and to drape the chair. Cut it up to fit each!
For the leftover flowers we used them for the Bouquet Bar / Takeaway Bouquets … no favor more perfect for the floral queen herself, Shannon. People picked their florals, we wrapped it with velvet ribbons, and used this korean paper. We used Astilbe, Garden Roses, Proteas, Ranunculus, Peonies, Italian Ruscus, Israeli Ruscus, and anemones. Pure heaven! We rented our linens from Linens by the Sea !
Loved the beautiful shades of red and pink.
We knew we needed For Your Party custom something! To see full color printed napkins in Shannon’s designs was so beautiful! As was the beautiful stir sticks in her lettering. I loved using this photo backdrop from Shindigz. These are always so fun at parties!
We love you so much Shannon! 20 years of friendship – how did I ever get so lucky?!
