One night in St. Lucia, we hired a sitter  (she was excellent – Cynthia at the Landings) and headed to the Naked Fisherman.   It’s about a ten minute cab ride from our hotel … we were a little early for our reservation but I really wanted to catch the sunset.  So our driver told us to head to Cap Maison for a glass of wine and the view.  I am so glad he did!  Cap Maison is a gorgeous hotel with the prettiest views.  It was truly stunning.  We grabbed a glass of wine, garlic olives which were sooo good, and enjoyed the sunset.  Then it was time for dinner … The Naked Fisherman, which is right next door.  You just have to walk down several flights of stairs to get there.  Right at the base, and in a little bay of their own.  It was one of the more memorable dinners of my life.  I can’t recommend both Cap Maison and The Naked Fisherman enough!  If you are ever in St.Lucia they are not to be missed.
