Four Seaons Orlando with Preschoolers + a great Florida Resident Rate for fall!

{this post is made in partnership with Four Seasons Orlando.  All opinions are my own!}

four seasons orlando We kicked off summer last year at The Four Seasons Orlando, and I was incredibly impressed with every single detail.  They make it all truly magical.  I can easily say this resort is my all time favorite hotel in Orlando.  You definitely don’t need a vacation after your vacation … even with kids in tow!  So we were very excited to go back as one last hurrah before summer is over.  If you are a Florida Resident, from today until September 30th you can book a room starting at $349/night, with valet parking included for one car.  It’s available exclusively by telephone reservation: 1-800-267-3046. Just a quick search for some random dates within that time frame for Disney hotels and the Grand Floridian comes in at just above $600/night, The Contemporary at $450, Polynesian at $535, and Saratoga Springs at $300.  Plus with each of those you have to pay for parking, kids 5 and under won’t eat free, you won’t have a complimentary kids club, you may have a spa (but you won’t have access to the facilities just by just staying there), and you might have a harder time finding a pool chair.  You also have the added benefit that all Disney hotels have; you can now use Extra Magic Hours, and access to FASTPASS + up to 60 days before arrival.   They have a luxury coach with disney movies playing that will get you to your park too!  Don’t get me wrong – I love Disney hotels, and the theming is as cute as can be, but I think The Four Seasons offers unparalleled service and amenities in the Orlando area while also being on Disney property.  The Four Seasons Orlando is also the perfect place to go to celebrate a special occasion like a birthday ( I did last year), or an anniversary.  I can guarantee they will make any milestone you are celebrating special! four seasons orlando preschooler

{they had pirate hats, eye patches, and swords waiting for each boys … but they promptly put them on!} four seasons rooms

I love their rooms!  They are so comfortable and lovely.   If there’s anything you need to make it more comfortable, you can request it by chatting on the four seasons app on your phone, on your in room ipad, or by calling down for it.  four seasons orlando

I never tire of their entrance!

explorer island

I love that as soon as you walk up to any of their pools, someone is greeting you and getting you all set up.  This pod/cabana seating here is of no additional charge.  They also bring you an ice cold water pitcher, and will bring around little treats occasionally.  At the stands that they have throughout Explorer Island, they have sun bum sunscreen, aloe vera, magazines, and citrus infused water.

The lazy river is mine and wesleys favorite thing to do on Explorer Island.

four seasons slides

while my five year olds favorite thing is probably the water slides (which never had a wait!).

four seasons capa with kids All of the restaurants on the Four Seasons Orlando property that we have tried have been delicious.  The service is outstanding too – I love that they bring wiki sticks, coloring books, and magic eraser books.  I always bring those plus plus toys because my boys love them.  They make their straws “crazy”.  They really couldn’t be more accommodating for children and made dining at a nice restaurant like Capa as easy as it gets with two preschoolers.  My sister and I  had the best dinner at Capa.  We shared a bunch of tapas and every one had us hemming and hawwing over how good it all was.   The view from Capa is beautiful!  We ended up watching the Magic Kingdom fireworks from our balcony, but you can see them well at Capa too.   lickety split four seasons This trip we also had breakfast (and bedhead) at Lickety Split.  We also grabbed some gelato before leaving here! (:  We had lunch at PB& G and my sister mentioned it felt like we were in Bali.  I love the atmosphere of PB&G.  We had a rainstorm while we were eating and it was so pretty watching it all come down from this point.  It was National Smores Day, so everyone was given their own s’more complimentary!  This pool is ideal for parents of preschoolers and toddlers.  Love the zero entry, infinity pool with a huge screen TV.  They play movies there during certain days!

Wes and I played a game of Connect Four at The Hideout.  Liam, the attendant there, was so patient with the boys.  He helped them get set up with a video game, since none of us know what to do with any of that!   Loved taking this Sistercation with my sis and my boys.  Can’t wait to see some of y’all take advantage of the Florida resident rate at The Four Seasons Orlando – call 1-800-267-3046 to reserve!  And if this post didn’t convince you – this one or this one might (:
