My kids are always building things together.  It’s so fun to watch!  There is rarely a day where they are not playing with their magnatiles/picasso tiles (the picasso’s are just as good and much cheaper BTW).  STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathmatics) toys are always my favorite.  Well… that and sensory activities.  It’s amazing seeing what they come up with when they play with their Gears!  tangrams, Wiki Sticks, kinetic sand, and magnetic tiles.  I thought this post would be fun/helpful before Holiday time.  I buy the picasso tiles for birthday gifts all of the time!  The perfect gender neutral  (and not to mention STEM) gift – that won’t hurt when parents step on them (:
