Apparently, I can’t stop myself from buying a Valentine’s Day banner every year at Target. It makes for easy Valentine’s Day decor! You can see how I used two of these in this old post!

I know I move this Kendal Kirk Art painting all around my house… and I really need to get it framed. But it’s just my favorite!! The Opalhouse heart tasseled Banner is the one I picked up this year, and it’s still available to scoop up!
This one was from the dollar spot last year, and I added some tassels that I had left over from my sisters wedding in.
