Wesley was born right around The Masters, and so we always knew we wanted to throw a Masters Themed party for him. He wanted to have his party at the country club pool, so it worked out great with the golf course in the background.
I found so much inspiration from Shay and pizzazzerie with their Masters themed party. Their parties were amazing!
he was so beside himself the whole party! fave moment was definitely him yelling “CAKE TIME!!!” to round up everyone. oh how I love him!!
Location: The Bradenton Country Club
Time: 11-1pm (went until a little after 2)
Food: waffle fries (in these cute little cones), pimento cheese sliders, club sandwiches … I should have had some chicken fingers for the kids thrown in there. But did love going “on theme” for food.
We had about 60 people in attendance, and it didn’t really feel like that since the pool area is so big!
Drinks: we had iced tea, lemonade, water, and people could order whatever else they wanted from the bar. (I thought about Arnold palmers or spiked ones, but I thought we may waste a lot since not that many people would drink that.
cake: I just bought it from pubilx. I got a small buttercream cake for candles. and then had a larger sheet cake in the back, cut, and ready to go after the candles were blown out.
cookies: jana lee bakeshop
Paper Please created a few logos to choose from, and I used almost all of them in different ways throughout the party.
