First you complete a Swan Beauty profile – sharing products you already own and love, what your beauty routine is like, your coloring, upload a photo of yourself, etc.  You can also specify if you want clean beauty products!  Which is what I did.

Then their team of experts pick products based on what your specific needs are.  It can be skincare or make up, or a little bit of both.  They are listening to you, and helping you form a plan!

Then you get your box of goodies.  It comes with a complete run down of why they chose those products for you + detailed instructions on how to apply each item in your box.  You get samples of each product, and the full size.  You’ve got some time to try the samples out using the instructions and then decide what fits into your beauty routine.  Keep it all (and there’s some great discounts for that!) or send what doesn’t work for you back.
