Tuck is three years old today! It seems crazy it’s been three years since I woke up in the middle of the night, took a bath because contractions were coming, woke JB up and headed to the hospital. His labor was hard, felt impossible at times, but then they put him in my arms. This perfect little boy, a gift from above. From that moment on we had a new reason to smile every day. And now here he is, a little man. He is so many of the things I prayed for, and so many more I didn’t have the sense to pray for. He’s incredibly compassionate for a three year old. He is never stingy with hugs. He has a generous spirit. He loves to make people smile and laugh. He will do almost anything for a laugh. He’s really silly and goofy, and I love when that comes out. He’s determined, knows what he wants, and does not stop until his head hits the pillow. Tuck loves his Wesley. He sings twinkle twinkle little star at the first sight of his little brothers tears. He’s still incredibly cuddly and would sleep on my chest like a newborn every nap if he could.

Lately we will be going into a play date and he will say “guys! guys! this wessie! my bruder”.
Tuck loves to help. When JB is working on the house, without fail tuck will say “Need help, dad?! Tuckie can do it!”
Watching him take his best friend by the hand unprompted, and then give her hand a kiss.
every time.
the other night when we were on our way to her house I asked him if he was going to give her a hug when we got there. he goes “yes mama! a big big hug and a BIG kiss!” well, okay. (:
Favorite foods: cake, okra, asparagus, chocolate, chicken nuggets. in that order.
Tuck thought Santa’s only purpose was to bring people fire trucks. or “pire trucks”.
when impersonating Santa it was “ho ho ho! you get a pire truck!”

the other morning he wraps his arm around me randomly and tells me “I love you soooo much!”
his favorite dance move : “touch your toes, and shake yo bootay”
as we left the disney cruise “dad! dad! turn around. wanna go back to mickey boat!”
every morning. “mama get cozy with me”
if anything is broken. “daddy can fix it!”
He makes our life infinitely better. We are so grateful to God for entrusting us with him.
We love this sweet boy so much! Happy third sir Tuck!
