  Happy September!  These were a few of my favorite discoveries in August… 

Top ten in August

1. 1.  I have been meaning to write about the sonicare kids toothbrush for a while now.  It connects to an app and makes it somehow exciting for your kids to brush for two minutes.  It also simulates where they should be brushing.  With a “prize” at the end.  
   2. My new devotional – New Morning Mercies by Paul David Tripp … Absolutely love how it starts my day.  
   3. This podcast series is so helpful!  Are My Kids on Track by Sarah Bragg 
   4. I have been listening to LRT Fall playlist on spotify while I do chores.  Always love Lindsey’s taste in … well… everything (:  from beauty products to clothes to music 
   5. Wes can get eaten alive by mosquitoes  🙁 and we had a case of west nile pop up in our county (double sad faces) so I have been crazy about putting bug spray on them.  This stay away mosquitoes spray seems to work best.  I love this little travel size too.  
   6. I finally watched Won’t You Be My Neighbor?  last night and I just sobbed throughout it all.  It is so good.  I will always be amazed by Fred Rogers.  
   7. Favorite purchase of August?  These aerie leggings.  love love love them!

   10. I loved this post “self-care for people who don’t like self-care” … I like some of the typical self care things- but loved reading this list.  Writing this blog is definitely on my self care list (:  I think it’s so important to define what self-care looks like for you
