My lovely friend Sophie and her father (first let’s just pause and talk about how adorable that is- a father daughter team!) launched this awesome cooking site –
Which makes meal planning a cinch with weekly grocery lists, and new exciting recipes for each night of the week.
I love how simple yet flavorful my first WTCT recipe was.
We used hog fish (which JB speared for us fresh) instead of chicken but used the same seasoning recipe WTCT uses and it was so good!
annnnd let me tell you their Guacamole recipe puts my previous one to shame!
Always fun to cook for my whole family every once in a while since we are always going over to my parents for my mamas home cooking. Everyone loved their hogfish fajitas and fixins’!
