workout refresh



wait wait wait.  i know what you're thinking.  "you work out?!"
i've never really been crazy about working out.  And even way less crazy about gyms.  I always counted my daily walks as as good as I was gonna be about working out.  But since joining an all women's gym, I've started enjoying popping off to the gym for a class or a workout to get my mind a bit more centered.  As a treat for sticking with it, I bought myself new tennies and a cute new BKR water bottle.  Hopefully fodder for motivation ...
One big thing I need help with is taking off my yoga pants after the gym.  
 they are like the ultimate comfies that feel like one big bear hug for your body!
