Palmetto Bluff with Southern Tide

Last month my sister and I headed up to Palmetto Bluff for a trip with Southern Tide.  The boys and I have modeled for Southern Tide in the past, and then we went on a trip with them to the BVI’s.  It was so fun meeting the ST crew, and the other influencers.  They planned a great trip, with plenty of downtime.

We arrived into the Savannah airport, and took a car to Palmetto Bluff.  It takes about 45 minutes.  This was my third trip to Palmetto Bluff, and not my last.  It’s such a great place.

When you check in, you’re issued bikes for your stay.  I love getting around and biking everywhere.

After checking in we were hungry for some lunch.  We had the best Margaritas and tacos at Fore & Aft.  The weather was perfect, and we saw spoonbills flying across the canal as we ate.  This is by the pool, so it’s a casual spot, but not to be missed!  I think that was one of the best margaritas of my life.

Then we hopped on our bikes and I showed Molly around.  We did a little shopping and grabbed an iced tea.

Our room was ready and we unpacked and hung out until we met up with everyone on The Grace.  The Grace is a pre world war 1 wooden motor yachts, and has been fully restored.  If that boat could talk!  The Southern Tide team had drinks and apps, and the sunset was fantastic.

We then ate at Canoe Club.  This was my first time there, and it’s beautiful and delicious!  We’ve had a hard time getting a reservation in the past, so book early when you go.  I was thankful I finally got to experience it, and it lived up to the hype.

The next morning we went on a nature walk with all the gals.  We did this with our boys last time, and they loved it.  It was a great way to start the day, get our steps in, and learn about nature and the property.

We then grabbed our cute yellow  Veuve Clicquot bikes that they have in collaboration with them, plus a delicious little packed picnic for lunch.  You must bike the River Road Trail to Moreland.  The Spanish Moss and tree canopies are so beautiful!  We then posted up on a picnic table and had a lunch and explored Moreland a bit.

That night we had dinner at River House.  My favorite!  We had everything the chef recommended and couldn’t recommend going that route more.

We tucked ourselves in, and the next morning we had breakfast in bed.  As two moms, it was so nice to just have a leisurely morning to ourselves.   After grabbing some lunch at RT’s Market, we hopped in our car back to the airport.

I am so thankful to be able to do fun trips like these, especially with my darling sister!
