The bathroom (here’s the post with all the details!) took the back burner while we were in Spain.  As of now, it’s about 70% done… we still have to change out some fixtures, get the bamboo shades put in, put in towel bars, some ledges, etc.  But the hard part is done!  Proud of my husband for reworking the plumbing and putting in the vanity himself.  We did hire an electrician and have someone paint it (white dove BM).  Finishing the bathroom isn’t on the top priorities – I feel like most of the bedrooms upstairs always get pushed down the list for the rooms that get more traction.  But!  we’re working on it.

Today I thought I’d share a few beauty items I love:  (ps:  I know it’s nothing new but if you need motivation to switch to cleaner products, this podcast will give you ALL that motivation.  )

1. Y’all know I love my drunk elephant and I’m still a huge fan.  But I’ve majorly cooled it on using glycolic every night and my skin feels happier!  Now I just apply once or twice a week at night.
2. I’ve worn these lashes for years (just for special occassions and for photos).  I cut them in half and put them more toward the ends.  They look more natural and don’t overwhelm my eyes, plus they are easier to put in this way.
3. fish oil pills is good for many health related things, but I also think it helps my skin not be as dry.  These are great + don’t give you fishy burps.
4. Unseen Sunscreen.  I love this stuff SO much.  I wear it every day no matter what I’m up to.
5. Bite lip mask.  Every night!  It helps my dry lips so much.
6. Jet Lag mask by summer fridays.  It is good for after flights, or just any time you feel your skin is kinda lack luster.
7. The nuface.  This is pricey – I got it for my birthday last year.  But if I use it consistently I notice a huge difference… mostly in my sagging jowls.  lol.
8. I’m still a huge kristen ess fan.
9. tangle teezer.  i bought this for my kids, but who are we kidding?!  I use it too.
10. This tarte bronzer is my fave.  always and forever!
