Teleties Accessories: How to Style These Hair Favorites

If you’ve been following along for a while, chances are you’ve seen be wearing Teleties on more than one occasion. Whether I’m packing up my travel essentials for an upcoming getaway or looking for the perfect accessory to complete an athleisurewear outfit, I’m reaching for Teleties! I have yet to find another brand of hair ties and clips that I like more. So I figured it was about time that I share a bit about why I love these hair accessories so much. I’m also going to highlight some different ways to style Teleties with three spring outfit ideas. You just might be surprised at how many different looks you can create with one simple hair clip!

About Teleties

If you’re not familiar with Teleties, it is a hair accessories brand that was founded in 2016 by Lindsay Muscato. Her goal was to design hair ties that were not only functional, but also fashionable and less damaging to the hair. I’d say she knocked it out of the park!

On top of the thoughtful design of their products, I also love that this brand is a female-founded business that gives back. They partner with FORCE, a non-profit organization that improves the lives of those affected by hereditary cancers. A donation is made to this cause with every Teleties purchase. Why I Love Teleties

If you haven’t yet tried these hair accessories, you might be under the impression that they can’t be that much different from your standard elastic hair bands. However, in my opinion, they really are. They have made such a difference in my hair! Here are a few reasons why I love them.

They don’t pull on my hair. All of us know the dreaded removal of an elastic band, tearing and pulling at your hair. It is awful! I don’t have that problem with Teleties.
They look cute on my wrist. If I’m out running errands or heading to the gym, I’ll often wear these hair ties around my wrist beforehand. The designs are so adorable that they honestly look more like bracelets than a hair band! Plus, they are much more comfortable around my wrist. They don’t give me a headache. This is a big one for me. I’m prone to getting headaches if my hair is pulled back too tightly, but I honestly don’t have that problem with Teleties!
They’re affordable. Their hair clips range from $9-15 and their hair ties come in packs of three ranging from $8-10.
They come in a variety of sizes, so you can choose the best product for your specific hair type.

About My Hair

Speaking of hair types, I thought it might be helpful to share a quick bit about my hair. I typically blow dry and curl my hair two to three times a week. On the other days, I usually let it air dry and throw it in a ponytail or twist it back. While I do have thin hair, I have a lot of it. So I’m always eager to get it pulled up (especially in the Florida humidity!) Obviously, not everyone’s hair will be the same texture. This is why I love that Teleties clips come in a variety of sizes!

How To Style Teleties

I feel like the first “look” that comes to mind when you think about hair ties and clips is usually a casual look. And don’t get me wrong, Teleties are great for this! But, they also look wonderful with elevated outfits and dresses. Here are a few of my favorite ways to wear these accessories.

If you’re looking for a quick and easy hairstyle to go with a dress or romper, I love the classic claw clips for these styles.
I like to pair the flat clips with a simple t-shirt or button-down and jeans for an everyday look.
The open hair clips are fancy enough to wear with a sundress. It’s so nice to have your hair pulled back when the weather is warm!

Clearly, there are lots of great ways to style these hair accessories. I couldn’t resist putting together a few fun outfit ideas! These are some of my favorite new spring arrivals, paired with different styles of Teleties.

1. Spring Maxi Dress

This blue and white floral maxi dress is under $200, and oh-so-pretty! This would look great paired with a classic white claw clip and a blue beaded necklace. And how cute are these neutral woven heels, which are a steal at only $38!

2. Casual Spring Denim

I love a white denim look for spring, and this one is so classic and chic! The texture and button details on this navy sweater make it unique. It pairs perfectly with these white cropped jeans. The blue and white hair ties match so well! Complete the look with these $20 woven slides and a favorite pair of sunglasses.

3. Spring Activewear Outfit

This cute and affordable activewear outfit would be perfect for running errands or school pickup, The taupe brown tennis dress and lavender zip-up jacket are both only $30.
